Dr. Mustapha Kahlouch
Biography
Dr. M.Kahlouch is joining DoDEA-Europe from the GA/AL District DoDEA-Americas. He has gained a lot of experience through his work in the private sector, government, and education. Prior to joining DoDEA, he worked as a network engineer in California as well as technical trainer and logistician. He worked with multiple school districts in Virginia as a math teacher and school administrator at all levels (elementary, middle, and high school). His experience includes teaching math, business, and foreign languages. He is a lifelong learner and loves to experience and provide ongoing learning opportunities.
His educational experiences have afforded him the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of people to meet the common goal of increasing student achievement and well-being. His educational philosophy is based on the uncompromising belief that all students can learn, given a positive learning environment, strong and knowledgeable leadership, a committed and focused educational team, an encouraging community, and a supportive family.
Dr. Kahlouch received his Doctorate degree at The George Washington University in Washington D.C in Educational Leadership and policy. His Master's Degree is in Business administration from Central Michigan University. His bachelor's degree is in electrical engineering.
