Springtime
As the warmer weather approaches, we would like to remind everyone to adhere to our school's dress code policy. It is important that all students dress appropriately to maintain a respectful and conducive learning environment.

Please review the dress code guidelines to ensure compliance. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us uphold the standards of our school community.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Exchange School Meal Program
There are some changes upcoming to the Exchange School Meal Program collection of unpaid school meal debt.    Due to the large number of accounts that continue to go into the negative and are not paid in a timely manner, the Exchange Headquarters has introduced a third-party debt collection agency that will intervene at certain points (outlined in the attachment) when the balance remains in the negative.

We would like to remind parents that they can set up reminders of a low/negative balance in linqconnect.com, the online account management app.  They can also check their balances or make payments by contacting the cafeteria or visiting their BX/PX customer serving counter.  Although the debt collection agency will be employed, the local cafeteria managers will continue to send negative balance reminders as a courtesy.
